Priority Setting and Resource Allocations (PSRA)

Priority Setting and Resource Allocations (PSRA) is the single most important legislative responsibility of a Planning Council/Planning Body, and greatly influences the system of HIV care in the Eligible Metropolitan Area/Transitional Grant Area (TGA).  The PSRA process must prioritize all Ryan White HIV AIDS Program HIV core medical and support services annually.
